摘要
目的:建立中药材救必应中铁冬青总皂苷中间苯三酚含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定铁冬青总皂苷中间苯三酚的含量,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30);流量0.8 mL.min-1;检测波长211 nm。结果:间苯三酚在0.078 8～0.394 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.59%,RSD为2.03%。结论:该方法简便、快速、结果准确,可作为救必应的质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of M-trihydroxybenzene in Total Saponins of Ilex rotunda. Methods： The content of M-trihydroxybenzene was determined by HPLC with a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column （4. 6 mm× 250 mm,5 um） and mobile phase composed of methanol-water （70： 30） at flow rate of 0. 8 mL · min-1. The UV-detection wavelength was set at 211 nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 078 8-0. 394 0 ug （r =0. 999 8）. The average recovery rate was 99. 59%, RSD was 2.03 %. Conclusion： The established method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Ilicis Rotundae Cortex.
