摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、测试法和数理统计法,对国家自由式滑雪空中技巧集训队8名男子运动员身体素质的各指标进行研究分析,构建我国优秀男子自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员身体素质评价模型。研究结果:从30项指标中筛选出能反映专项身体素质的13项指标,部分测试指标可直接作为运动员专项身体素质训练手段进行应用;我国优秀男子自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员专项身体素质主要由核心区力量因子、下肢快速力量缓冲因子、灵敏耐力因子和四肢力量因子组成;构建了我国优秀男子自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员身体素质模型,运用百分位法建立了专项身体素质单项和综合发展水平评价标准;通过实例验证,构建的专项身体素质评价体系操作简便,能够客观地反映运动员的专项身体素质水平。
Using the methods of document-data,experts interviews,questionnaire investigation,testing and mathematical statistics,we performed research and analysis on various indicators of physical quality in 8 male athletes from aerials training team of Chinese freestyle skiing and constructed physical fitness evaluation model of Chinese excellent aerials athletes in men's freestyle skiing.The results show that 13 indicators were selected from 30 indicators reflecting the special physical quality,part of which could be directly applied as training methods of special physical quality of athletes.Special physical quality of Chinese excellent aerials athletes in men's freestyle skiing consists of strength factor in core area,faster strength buffer factor in lower limb,sensitive endurance factor and limbs strength factor.We constructed the physical fitness evaluation model of Chinese excellent aerials athletes in men's freestyle skiing and established evaluation criterion on special physical quality individuals and level of comprehensive development.According instance tests,the evaluation system of special physical quality constructed in the study is easy to operate and can objectively reflect the level of special physical quality of athletes.
