摘要
以建平膨润土为原料,钠化改性加工铸造用膨润土,分析了膨润土吸蓝量与湿压强度、膨润值与热湿拉强度、原矿及钠化与复用性、水分与混砂性能等的相互关系,为进一步提高铸造用膨润土生产企业的生产效率以及加工优质的膨润土产品,提供了具有参考价值的理论依据。
Jianping bentonite as raw material, sodium modification processing casting bentonite, analysis the relationship of bentonite betneen blue absorption capacity and wet compressive strength, the swelling value of the hot wet tensile strength, ore, sodium and reusability, water and mixed sand and so on, in order to further improve the production efficiency of the foundry bentonite production enterprises, processing high-quality bentonite products to provide the theoretical basis of the reference value.
