超声波对CPAM结构性能及其对纸张增强的影响

摘要 本文以500万相对分子质量的阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)为研究对象,利用超声波对CPAM大分子进行降解,研究超声波功率和超声波作用时间对CPAM结构性能的影响,以及不同超声波作用下的CPAM对纸张增强作用效果。研究结果表明,超声波可使CPAM大分子有效降解,CPAM溶液的黏度显著下降,Zeta电位降低,红外光谱分析认为分子中可能产生了羧基基团。超声波功率及作用时间影响CPAM对纸张的增强作用效果,在本研究范围内,300W下超声波作用14s后的CPAM对纸张的增强作用效果相对最好,当其用量为0.5%(对绝干浆)时,纸张的抗张指数、耐破指数及撕裂指数比空白样分别提高了23.4%、26.4%和14.1%。 In this paper, CPAM with 5 × 106 molecular weight was degraded by ultrasound treatment. The influence of ultrasonic power and ultrasonic treating time on the structures and properties of CPAM and their effects on impro- ving paper strength were explored. The results indicated that CPAM can be degraded effectively by ultrasound. The viscosity of CPAM solution declined significantly, and so did the Zeta potential. FTIR showed that carboxyl group may be generated . Ultrasonic power and ultrasonic treating time influenced the effects of CPAM on improving paper strength. In the present paper, the best effect of the product on paper strengthening could be got when the power was 300W and the time was 14s. And when the dosage of the CPAM was 0.5wt% (based on oven dried pulp), the tensile index, burst index and tear index of the paper increased by 23.4% , 26.4% and 14.1% respectively, as compared to the control sample.
