摘要
从评价列车流均衡性的传统作法和工作实际谈起 ,指出原有方法的不足 ,提出了改进意见并建立新的指标 ,论述了它的合理性 ,在应用中也取得了较好的效果。最后 ,对区段均衡性评价提出了自己的想法。
From the traditional equilibrium evaluation methods and the working practices, the authors point out the disadvantage of the existing methods and suggest some improvements and a new index. Furthermore, the authors discuss the reasonability of the new index and apply it into practice to get a good effect. At last, the authors give some suggestion on the evaluation of the section equilibrium.
