涡旋式滤油机真空泵的涡盘壁厚变化研究 被引量:3

摘要 对于基于泛函的通用涡旋型线的研究,选取不同的参数可分析出涡旋型线的不同性质。利用型线的曲率半径以及曲率半径的变化规律,分析出涡旋式滤油机真空泵的动涡盘内侧型线的变化规律,从而得出涡盘壁厚的变化规律。与基于泛函的通用涡旋型线选取不同系数、参数,建立涡盘内外型线的笛卡尔方程得出的涡盘型线图变化规律进行比较,结果表明:当k=2时,通用涡旋型线表示的涡旋盘为等壁厚;当k≥3时,通用涡旋型线表示的涡旋盘为变壁厚,与前期研究结论相吻合。 For research of general scroll profiles based on functional theory,different characters of scroll profiles can be analyzed by select different parameters.Using curvature radius of scroll profile and the variation of curvature radius,the variation of move scroll plate inner profile of scroll vacuum pump was analyzed,then wall thick variation of scroll plates was obtained.Compare with the variation of scroll plate profiles,whose cartesian coordinates were installed by general scroll profiles base on functional theory select a different type of line factor,parameter,and the conclusions showed that when k is equal to two,the scroll plates showed by general scroll profiles are wall thickness;and when k is equal to or greater than three,the scroll plates showed by general scroll profiles are variable wall thickness.So it is identical with preliminary study.
