UG软件系统功能强大,应用广泛,在模具设计和制造行业具有很大的优势。探讨基于UG平台实现注塑模具CAD的方法和途径,以U盘盖壳为例,设计带有侧抽芯的注塑模具,阐述UG设计注塑模具的过程和要点及其优势。
UG has powerful functions with wide application and is in a dominant position in mould design and manufacture industry. The methods and solutions to realize injection molding in CAD based on UG are discussed. Taking the cover of U-disk as an example, it introduces a kind of injection mould with side core-pulling and explains the process of how UG designs injection mold and its ad- vantages.
