苏州市网络订餐与配送服务模式分析——基于消费者视角 被引量:5

摘要 目前,苏州餐饮业仍以传统经营模式为主,网络订餐与配送服务模式正处于初步发展阶段。苏州城区部分餐饮企业存在诸如信息化意识薄弱、缺乏专业人才、饭菜质量难以保障、配送慢等问题。对此,苏州网络订餐业要取得长足发展,必须与电子商务、物流业联姻,培育综合性餐饮业服务人才,同时建立科学、标准的食品质量安全管理体系,提高效率,降低成本,增强消费者信任度。 The current catering industry in Suzhou retains basically the traditional business modes, while the online food ordering and delivering service is still at a beginning stage. Problems such a weak awareness of informationization, the lack of professionals, the unsteady quality of food and the inefficiency of delivery exist among part of the catering companies in the city of Suzhou. Therefore, the substantial development of the online catering business in Suzhou depends on the integration with e-business and logistics, the training of catering service talents with comprehensive skills, the stipulation of a scientific and standardized food quality and security control system, the increase of efficiency and the decrease of cost, and the improvement of consumer confidence.
