摘要
基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一个家族的锌依赖性蛋白酶,基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinases-9,MMP-9)又称明胶酶,是金属蛋白酶家族中的一员,它参与细胞外基质(Extracellular matrix,ECM)胶原的代谢,在许多心血管疾病的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,如参与心肌梗死后心室的重构和高血压引起的心室重构等。
Matrix metalloproteinase(MMPs) is a family of Zinc-binding protease,matrix metalloproteinases-9(MMP-9) is also called gelatinase,which is one member of the metalloproteinase family.It takes part in the collagenic supersession of extracellular matrix(ECM),and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many cardiovascular dis eases,such as taking part in ventricular remodeling after myocardial infarction and ventricular remodeling caused by hy pertension,and so on.
