摘要
目的探讨视网膜脱离患者围术期的护理方法和效果。方法对151例视网膜脱离患者实施手术前后的心理护理、体位护理、眼部护理、饮食指导及出院宣教,并加强对生命体征、眼压、血糖等病情观察及处理。结果患者视网膜复位、术后视力提高,护理效果满意。结论加强视网膜脱离患者的围术期护理,使患者积极配合治疗和护理,可取得满意的效果。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of peri-operation nursing in patients with retinal detachment. Methods One hundred and fifty one patients with retinal detachment were given psychological nursing, body nursing, eye nursing, diet guidance and discharge mission, and then they were given intensive observation and treatment on vital signs, intraocular pressure, blood glucose and other disease. Results Patients all got retinal reattachment, postoperative visual acuity improved, nursing satisfaction was high. Conclusion Strengthening the peri-operation nursing in retinal detachment patients and make patients cooperate with treatment and nursing actively, we can obtain satisfactory results.
