摘要
目的观察和分析老年消化性溃疡的临床护理效果。方法回顾性分析2009年7月～2012年2月本院治疗的96例老年消化性溃疡患者的临床护理资料。结果所有老年消化性溃疡患者在护理前的生存质量评分为(98.9±5.2)分,护理后的评分为(113.4±4.8)分,前后比较差异有统计学意义(t=20.0757,P<0.05);所有老年消化性溃疡患者经过积极的护理,显效69例,有效15例,无效12例,总有效率为87.50%。结论对老年消化性溃疡患者进行积极有效的护理可明显改善患者的生存质量,缩短住院治疗的时间,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate efficacy in clinical care of elderly patients with peptic ulcer. Methods Clinical data of 96 patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from July 2009 to February 2012 were reviewed. Results The life quality score of elderly patients with peptic ulcer before care was （98.9±5.2） scores, and after care, the score was （113.4±4.8） scores, the difference was significant （t = 20.075 7, P 0.05）; All elderly peptic ulcer patients were given active care, it showed markedly effective in 69 cases, effective in 15 cases, invalidate in 12 cases, with the total effective rate of 87.50%. Conclusion Active and effective care for elderly patients with peptic ulcer can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, shorten hospitalization time, and the effect is remarkable.
