摘要
通过合理的制备工艺制得一种新型既耐烧蚀又能防热的复合材料 -炭 /炭 / Al2 O3陶瓷基复合材料。预制件整体炭毡先通过热梯度气相沉积 ( CVD)处理 ,然后经反复的真空 -压力浸渍 Al2 O3型无机胶 ,再通过 50 0℃烧结制得。得到的材料轴向压缩强度大于 60 MPa,材料外部导热系数为 1 .73 0 W/ ( m·K) ( 80 0℃ ) ,内表面线烧蚀率为 0 .0 1 2 mm/
A novel C/C/Al 2O 3 matrix composite material featuring both ablative and thermo protective were researched and prepared.The preformed part of carbon felt was treated by heat gradient CVD process,and then repeatedly vacuum pressure impregnated with Al 2O 3 inorganic matrix and sintered at 500℃. The axial compression strength is more than 60MPa, the heat conductivity coefficient of its exterior surface is 1.730W/(m·K)(800℃) and the linear erosion rate of its interior surface is 0.012mm/s.
