摘要
将谐波混频锁相与宽频段VCO相结合,实现了5-10GHz的频率合成。采用谐波混频锁相方式保证了频率合成器具有低相位噪声和高频率分辨率。实验测试结果:频率覆盖范围5-10GHz,分辨率达到1mHz,输出信号在7GHz时,相位噪声为-105dBc/Hz@10kHz、-106dBc/Hz@100kHz,具有较高的实用价值。
The combination of harmonic mixer and broadband VCO realizes the 5-10GHz frequency synthesis. Using harmonic mixing PLL ensures frequency synthesizer with low phase noise and high frequency resolution. The experimental results: The frequency range is 5-10GHz, The frequency resolution achieves lmHz, The phase noise level is -105dBc/Hz@101kHz,-106dBc/Hz@100kHz with output frequency of 7GHz. It has a high practical value.
