摘要
目的探讨血液透析中如何防治低血压的发生及其护理体会。方法在掌握透析低血压病因的前提下,对30例血液透析的患者采取预防、治疗及加强护理措施,总结防治透析低血压的护理方法。结果通过加强血液透析过程中的监护、透析前治疗方案的选择和加强健康教育以及实施整体化护理,选取的30例患者,共进行血液透析11100次,发生低血压799次,发生率为7.2%;727次低血压得以纠正并继续透析治疗(占91.0%)。结论采取有效的预防及护理措施是降低血液透析中低血压发生,保证透析效果的关键。
Objectives To explore how to prevent the occurrence of hypotension during hemodialysis and share the nursing experiences on it. Methods The nursing methods on the prevention of hypotension during hemodialysis by adopting preventing, treating and strengthened nursing measures on 30 cases of hemodialysis patients under the premise of understand- ing the causes of hypotension during hemodialysis was summarized. Results There were 11 100 times of hemodialysis were applied in the 30 cases of patients, after strengthened the monitoring during hemodialysis, selected appropriate treating pro- gram and strengthened health education prior to hemodialysis as well as utilized holistic nursing, 799 times of hypotension occurred with the incidence at 7.2%, among which, 727 times （accounted for 91.0%） of hypotension recovered and hemodialysis could be continued. Conclusion Adopt effective preventing and nursing measures are crucial to lower the incidence of hypotension during hemodialysis and ensure the effects of hemodialysis.
