摘要
全球性的能源危机和气候变化,驱动了风力发电在世界范围的迅速发展,科学、准确地估算风能资源及其空间分布是国家对风能资源开发中一项极其重要的基础工作,是大规模发展风电的关键步骤。利用1997—2007年浙江省9个海洋站和2007—2008年4个临时观测站的气象要素,分别利用代表年和多年平均计算浙江省沿海风能资源状况,发现浙江省沿海和海岛风能资源丰富,可成为未来风能开发的重点区域。研究初步掌握浙江沿海的风能资源的分布规律,为合理开发利用浙江省的海洋风能资源和海洋功能区划修编提供一定理论依据和实用参考。
The global energy crisis and climate changing drive the quick development of the wind power in the world. It is the key of the large scale development wind electricity that making clear the wind energy resource. In terms of the 1 la observation data from 1997 to 2007 of nine ocean stations and 2 a from 2007 to 2008 of four temporary stations in Zhejiang province, the annual mean wind power density were explored with the representative years and average for several years. The resuhs show that the coastland and island in Zhejiang have abundant wind power resources and can become wind energy development of point district in the future. This research have certain of theories basis and practical value for reasonable development of the wind energy resources along Zhejiang coastal area and the fix plait of ocean function area row.
