摘要
目的通过分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)在消化性溃疡的分布特征,并探索影响消化性溃疡Hp感染的因素。方法将2010年12月~2011年11月间在本院消化内科就诊的215例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,用13C-尿素呼气试验检测Hp,同时在患者知情同意下进行问卷调查,并对结果采用SPSS 13.0软件进行资料分析。结果 215例消化性溃疡患者Hp检出率为68.4%,其中复合性溃疡76.9%,胃溃疡71.4%,十二指肠溃疡66.4%;经单因素分析,发现文化程度、吸烟、进餐习惯、辛辣食物、暴饮暴食、工作或生活压力、酸奶等与Hp感染有统计学意义。多因素非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,消化性溃疡患者中文化程度高、分餐习惯和经常饮酸奶者Hp感染率较低,辛辣食物、暴饮暴食者感染率高。结论提高文化程度,改善饮食卫生条件,培养良好的生活习惯,尽量避免在外就餐,忌暴饮暴食及辛辣食物,适量饮酸奶可减少消化性溃疡Hp感染的风险。
Objective Analyse the distribution characteristic of helicobacter pylori (Hp) in peptic ulcer and discover the influencing factors of Hp infection. Methods The 215 patients with peptic ulcer to GI medicine of 252 hospital because of upper gastrointestinal symptoms were chosen as the research object. Detected Hp by the 13C-urea breath test. Then a question naire survey was conducted with their agreement. The outcome was analysed by SPSS 13. O. Results The detection rate of pep tic ulcer in 215 patients was 68.4% ,compound ulcer 76.9% ,gastric ulcer 71.4% ,duodenal ulcer 66.4%. By single factor a nalysis, we found that education level, smoking, eating habits, spicy foods, binge eating, working or living pressure and yoghurt are associated with Hp infection. Multiple factors unconditional Logistic regression analysis revealed that. The Hp infection rate is low in the crowd who have higher education, Dining habits, and often drinking yoghurt, but in the crowd who eating spicy food and binge eating have high infection rate. Conclusion Raise the cultural level, improve diet and health conditions, to cultivate good living habits, avoid eating out and avoid overeating and spicy food can reduce the infection risk of HD in peptic ulcer.
