摘要
大学国际联盟逐步成为中国大学提高国际交流效率与效益,提升核心竞争力和影响力的战略新选择。通过梳理大学国际联盟内涵与特性,对中国"985"高校参与或组建大学国际联盟进行分类,指出中国高校在实施大学国际联盟战略所面临的定位匹配、机制协调、内涵建设和合作升级与扩展四个典型性问题。认为:中国大学在组建或运行大学国际联盟过程中要加强对大学国际联盟的认识,积极发挥自身主导作用,注重合作中的协同多赢,立足实际选择合作伙伴,实事求是地做好组织与运行,并坚持务实竞合以提升自身的核心竞争力。
University international consortium gradually becomes an effective choice for Chinese well-known universities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness on international exchange, enhance the core competitiveness and increase international influence and visibility. Based on the summary of the concept and characteristics of university international consortium, the consortia organized by Chinese 985 universities are classified~ With the four typical problems faced by the Chinese universities in the various consortia, such as orientation and matching, organizational coordination, real cooperation and cooperation upgrade, six suggestions for Chinese universities to set up or joining the university international consortium are proposed, including raising awareness of the university international consortium, playing a leading role in running or joining consortium, focusing on win-win cooperation, choosing partners based on actual conditions, organizing and running consortium objectively and enhancing core competitiveness in the process of competition and cooperation.
