摘要
对稻草低聚木糖的提取及精制工艺进行了研究,同时对其抗氧化活性进行了研究。粗低聚木糖中含有色素、离子、单糖等杂质,HPLC检测表明通过活性炭和树脂的脱色以及活性炭柱层析的精制,所得低聚木糖的纯度大于98%。采用Fenton法和DPPH评价低聚木糖清除自由基的能力,结果表明:低聚木糖对.OH自由基和DPPH自由基有较好的清除作用,聚合度越高对.OH自由基和DPPH自由基的清除作用越明显,30%乙醇洗脱液和60%乙醇洗脱液的清除.OH自由基IC50分别为22mg/mL和17mg/mL,30%乙醇洗脱液和60%乙醇洗脱液的清除DPPH自由基IC50分别为21mg/mL和19mg/mL。
The extraction and antioxidative activity of rice straw xyiooligosaccharides (XOS) were studied. There were many impurities such as pigment, ion, monosaccharide in the hydrolyzate. As it was revealed from the HPLC, after the purification process by powdered activated carbon, ion exchange resin and activated charcoal chromatography, the purity of XOS was 98%. Fenton method and DPPH method were used to evaluate the free radical acavenging. The results showed that : the XOS had good scavenging activities to · OH and DPPH radicals. The higher the degrees of polymerizatons of xylooligosaccharides, the stronger the scavenging acitivities to · OH and DPPH radicals. The IC50 of scavenging acitivities to · OH of 30% ethanol elution and 60% ethanol elution were 22mg/mL and 17mg/mL. The IC50 of scavenging acitivities to DPPH radicals of 30% ethanol elution and 60% ethanol elution were 21mg/mL and 19mg/mL.
