摘要
目的 :探讨急性白血病患者骨髓细胞 p5 3,bcl- 2基因表达水平与化疗预后的关系。方法 :用免疫组化法测定了 42例急性白血病初发患者的骨髓细胞 p5 3,bcl- 2表达水平 ,并分析随访组 (2 7例 )两者表达水平与化疗预后的关系。 10例血液系统良性疾病患者作为对照。结果 :42例患者 p5 3和 bcl- 2总体表达水平显著高于对照组。在 2 7例可随访疗效的急性白血病患者中 ,p5 3,bcl- 2均为阳性者完全缓解 (CR)率低 ,p5 3及 bcl- 2均为阴性者 CR率高。结论 :检测急性白血病患者骨髓细胞的 p5 3和 bcl- 2基因表达水平有助于预测化疗疗效。
Objective: To explore the relationship between expression levels of p53 and bcl 2 genes in acute leukemic cells and chemotherapeutical prognosis in patients with acute leukemia. Methods: The expression levels of p53 and bcl 2 genes in 42 patients were measured by immunohistochemical assays. The relationship between the expression levels of the genes and chemotherapeutical prognosis was analyzed in follow up group. Results: The expression levels of patients with acute leukemia were higher than that of the control. In twenty seven patients with acute leukemia who had been followed up, the patients with lower expression levels of p53 and bcl 2 had more chance of complete remission(CR) than that patients with higher expression levels. Conclusion: The detection of the expression levels of p53 and bcl 2 genes in patients with acute leukemia can help to predict the chemotherapeutical effect.
