摘要
近年来我国研究生招生数量逐年增加,而研究生就业率却已连续三年低于本科。针对研究生的教育质量、就业率等问题愈发引起社会各界的关注。而研究生也处于一个特殊时期,承担着家庭、社会、学校的多重压力。本文从家庭教养方式着手,以200名研究生为样本,研究不同的家庭教养方式对研究生自我效能感的影响,结合社会学习理论,为研究生教育中自我效能感的培养提供依据。
In recent years the number of postgraduate students in the rate of our country has increased year by year, but uate employment was lower than u- niversities for three years.The society are paying more attention on the quality of education and employment rate of postgraduates.But the postgraduates are in a special period.They are undertaken pressure from family society and school.This researcher started from family parenting patterns, with 200 postgraduates as samples, to study influence of different family parenting patterns on their self-efficacy.With social learning theory , we can provide basis on cultivating self-efficacy for postgraduates.
