摘要 光学调频连续波干涉仪是传统微波雷达调频连续波技术和光学外差干涉仪相结合产生的一项新装置,由于其结构简单,输出的是易于检测的动态拍信号,具有很大的应用前景。针对一种新型的双路光学FMCW干涉仪,分析了其输出信号特点,设计了一种通过检测两路干涉信号的相位差来实现加倍检测精度的方案,并对方案进行了仿真分析和实际验证。结果表明,该检测系统较好地完成对相位差的检测,并且简单可行,为双路光学调频连续波的进一步应用奠定了基础。 Optical frequency modulated continuous wave interferometer is a new device, which combines the traditional microwave radar frequency modulated continuous wave technology and optical heterodyne interferometer, it has great application prospects due to its simple structure and the output signal that is easy to detect. For this new dual optical FMCW interferometer, this paper analysis the characteristics of output signal, design a phase difference detection method and finish simulation analysis and circuit verification. The results show the detection system can complete the detection the phase difference better, and this method is simple and feasible for dual opticalthe FMCW further application of the foundation.
