摘要
目的探讨杭州市学生健康监测与预警信息管理系统在学生健康相关信息管理和学校传染病疫情监测预警中的作用。方法采用BROWSE/SEVER结构、Net开发平台研发系统,通过对系统收集的杭州市学生健康体检、学校教学生活环境监测及学生症状监测数据进行分析检验系统运行情况。结果 2009-2010学年共监测学校115所、学生118 088人,2010-2011学年监测学校113所、学生119 594人。经分析,学生常见病以视力不良检出率最高,两学年分别为70.32%和72.40%;除营养不良外,视力不良、龋齿、沙眼、肥胖等其他常见病检出率2010-2011学年均高于2009-2010学年(χ2=62.177、54.730、120.110、99.110、284.695,P均<0.05)。学校教学生活环境中课桌椅与学生身高总体符合率较低,两学年分别仅为9.11%和9.55%,除餐饮具和课椅合格率2010-2011学年较低外(χ2=29.444、0.417,P均<0.05),其他项目合格率两学年间差异无统计学意义。症状监测两学年均以流感样症状(发热、咽痛、咳嗽)为主,但2009-2010学年明显较高。结论该系统的运行对及时掌握学生主要健康问题和其影响因素以及早期发现、预警学校传染病疫情具有重要意义,应进一步推广使用。
Objective To assess the effects of Student Health Surveillance and Early Warning information Management System on student health related information processing as well as surveillance and early warning of outbreaks of infectious disease in schools.Methods A system based on BROWSE/SEVER structure and NET platform was established and its operational condition was evaluated by analyzing the datasets acquired from student annual physical examination,school environmental monitoring and student symptomatic surveillance.Results There were 118088 students from 115 schools and 119594 students from 113 schools placed under surveillance during school-year of 2009-2010 and 2010-2011,respectively.It was found that poor eyesight was the most prevailing health problem among students with the incidence of 70.32% and 72.40% in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011,respectively.Except malnutrition,the incidences of poor eyesight,obesity,trachoma and dental caries were all higher among students in 2010-2011 than in 2009-2010(P0.05).Most sets of desk and chair(90.89% and 90.45% in 2009-2010 and in 2010-2011),at school did not fit for the height of corresponding students.The qualification rates of kitchenware hygiene and chair fitness were higher in 2009-2010 than in 2010-2011(P0.05).There were no significant differences between those two school-years in terms of the qualification rates of other monitoring items.Influenza-like symptoms including fever,cough and angina,were the most common symptoms under surveillance both in 2009-2010 and 2010-2011,especially in the former.Conclusions The system should be further promoted based on its importance both in early identification of main health problem in students and early warning of infectious disease outbreaks at school.
