摘要
目的探讨有效预防心脏体外循环术后患者头部压疮的护理措施。方法对186例体外循环下心脏直视手术后入ICU的患者实施预防头部压疮的护理,包括术前评估、认真交接、局部减压、尽早拔管。结果 186例中有4例发生头部压疮,经过护理3例愈合良好,1例未愈合。结论此护理方法效果较好,值得其他护理同仁借鉴。
Objective To explore the effective prevention measures for head pressure ulcer in patients with extracorporeal circulation heart surgery. Methods A retrospective .analysis was conducted on 186 eardiothoraeic patients with extracorporeal circulation open heart surgery. The prevention and nursing intervention methods were analyzed,which include preoperative assessment,conscientious handover,local pressure reduction and proper opportunity of extubation. Results Among the 186 patients,four patients suffered from head pressure ulcer and three patients were cured. Conclusion The effective prevention and nursing intervention can reduce the probability of head pressure ulcer.
