摘要
目的比较固相微萃取法(SPME)和水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)提取神农香菊中挥发性成分差异。方法采用GC-MS分析其化学成分。结果分别鉴定了44种和42种成分。结论首次采用SPME/GC-MS和SD/GC-MS对比分析神农香菊挥发性成分;首次从神农香菊中发现香芹酚、γ-萜品烯、塞瑟尔烯等成分;与水蒸气蒸馏法相比,固相微萃取法提取出了水蒸气蒸馏法不能提取出来的一些成分,如月桂烯、反式-氧化芳樟醇、(R)-氧化柠檬烯等。
Objective To Compare volatile compounds extracted from Dendrant-hema indicume by solid-phase microextraction(SPME) and steam distillation(SD).Methods GC-MS was used to analyze their components.Results There were 44 components identified from products of SPME and 42 from those of steam distillation.Conclusion This was the first time to adopt SPME/GC-MS co-ntrasted with SD/GC-MS to analyze volatile compounds of Dendranthema in-dicume.From Dendranthema indicume for the first time found that Phenol,2-methyl-5-(1-methylethyl)-,1,4-Cyclohexadiene,1-methyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-,Seychellene and other constituents.Comparing with those of steam distillation,some components that would not be extracted by steam distillation were extracted by solid-phase microextraction,such as beta-Myrcene,Linalool oxide trans,7-Oxabicycloheptane,1-methyl-4-(1-methylethenyl)-.
