摘要
目的检测广西壮族自治区边远少数民族山区凤山县各乡镇居民近12年食用碘盐状况,为持续消除碘缺乏病及防治工作的决策提供科学依据。方法根据《食盐卫生标准》要求进行随机抽样检测,2000—2011年每年在全县5个乡镇20个行政村每村随机抽取15户居民家中的食用盐样品1份。结果 12年中共抽取和检测居民家中食用盐样品共3 328份,其中合格碘盐3 300份,不合格碘盐28份,检测样品中未发现非碘盐,该县12年中城乡居民户平均合格碘盐食用率为99.16%。结论该县在过去的12年中城乡居民合格碘盐食用率已达到2010年全国合格碘盐食用率大于或等于90%的目标。
Objective To detect the edible iodized salt conditions consumed by local residents in various townships and villages of Fengshan county in remote minority mountainous region during the recent 12 years to provide the scientific basis for decision-making of the sustained elimination of iodine deficiency disorders and their prevention and control works.Methods According to the requirement of the Edible Salt Hygiene Standards,the random sampling was performed for detection.1 edible salt sample was randomly sampled from 15 households per village among 20 administrative villages in 5 townships of whole county during 2000-2011.Results 3 328 edible salt samples were extracted and detected in the past 12 years.Among them,3 300 samples were the qualified iodized salt,28 samples were unqualified iodized salt and non iodized salt was not found in the test samples.The consuming rates of qualified iodized salt in the urban and rural residents averaged 99.16% in the past 12 years.Conclusion The consuming rates of qualified iodized salt in the urban and rural residents of this county during the last 12 years has reached the goal of national qualified iodized salt rate ≥90% in 2010.
