摘要
医疗信息行业发展迅速,大多数医院利用外包手段来完成信息化项目建设。通过外包手段即把整体或者部分项目移交给外部成本相对较低的服务商来完成项目建设,这给医院带来价值的同时也带来了风险。从外包的价值、外包风险以及应对策略几个方面来进行探讨和分析。
The medical information industry is developing rapidly. Most hospitals use of information technology projects. Outsourcing means that the whole or part of the of service providers to complete projects, this brings value to the hospital and also the analyzed from the value ofoutsourcing, outsourcing risk and coping strategies outsourcmg means to complete the construction project over to the relatively low external costs hospitals face the risk. This article explored andanalyzed from the value of outsourcing, outsourcing risk and coping strategies.
