摘要
本研究对2011年我国国家级以上篮球裁判员的情况进行调查分析,发现我国篮球裁判员职业结构以教师为主,普遍学历较高,但主力梯队年龄呈现老化趋势,存在性别比例失衡、英语水平偏低、执裁国际大赛的高水平裁判员偏少等问题,篮球裁判员培养体系有待完善。
This paper investigates and analyzes on the current situation of China＇s national basketball referees in 2011, and finds that China＇s basketball referees are mainly teachers with higher education background, but the main echelon tends to be aged, and there are also other problems such as imbalaneed gender proportion, low English ability and few high quality referees for international competition, so the system for referee cultivation needs to be improved.
