摘要
开展工资集体协商工作,是落实职工经济利益,构建企业工资分配协商机制、职工工资正常增长机制和支付保障机制的抓手,也是企业提升人力资源管理水平、提高企业竞争力的重要方式。实践证明,以工资集体协商制度建设为突破口,寻找路径,建立完善工资集体协商各种机制,对于提升工资集体协商工作实效性意义重大。
In order to safeguard the economic benefits of workers and build the distribution and consulta- tion mechanism, normal growth mechanism of the wages of workers and payment guarantee mechanism in an enterprise, it is necessary to promote the collective wage negotiations system. And it is an important way to enhance the level of human resource management and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
