摘要
为利用钢渣作铁质校正原料制备硅酸盐水泥熟料,对比研究了不同石灰石饱和系数条件下常规铁粉配料和钢渣配料制备的生料的易烧性,采用x-射线衍射(XRD)分析了烧成熟料的矿物组成,测试了熟料的物理力学性能,并与工业生产的熟料进行对比。结果表明:当煅烧温度小于1350℃时,钢渣配料烧制的熟料样品f-CaO含量略高于铁粉配料的样品;当煅烧温度在1400℃以上时,两种配料生料的易烧性相当。实验室研究和工业生产实践均表明,和铁粉配料相比,钢渣配料没有改变烧成熟料的矿物组成,钢渣能够完全代替铁粉配料烧制出矿物组成相同、矿物发育良好的优质熟料。
In order to use steel slag as iron corrective material to prepare high quality cement clinker, the burnability of raw mixes, which are respectively prepared with iron powder and steel slag at different levels of KH, is studied. Mineral composition of clinkers is analyzed by X-ray diffraction. Result shows that, when the burning temperature is below I 350 ℃, the f-CaO content of clinker with steel slag is a little higher than that with iron powder. However, when the burning temperature is above 1 400 ℃, the two kinds of raw mixtures almost have the same burnability. Laboratory and industrial results indicate that the mineral composition of clinker is not changed with steel slag, and steel slag can be used to replace iron powder to prepare high quality clinkers.
