摘要
校企合作培养学生是近年来保险职业教育中新兴的一种培养模式,由此产生了校企长效合作对象的评价与选择问题,这也是保证保险职业教育中实践教学取得实效的一个重要环节。对校企长效合作对象的评价可从校企长效合作条件、校企长效合作内容、校企合作过程管理和校企长效合作效果等四个方面进行,每个方面都有各自的具体指标和评价标准。根据评价结果可以择优选出理想的校企长效合作对象。
Nowadays college- enterprise cooperation in talent training is a new mode in insurance voca- tional education, which causes the question of evaluating and selecting partners whom the college cooperate with in long term. The evaluation involves four items as cooperation condition, cooperation content, cooperation management and cooperation effect. Each item consists of more detail indexes and evaluation standards. Better cooperation partners may be picked out according to the evaluation result.
