摘要
目的:对混煎液、分煎液、有效成分提取物3种不同制备工艺制备的葛根芩连汤进行抗炎、抑菌作用实验研究,对比其抗炎抑菌作用的异同。方法:二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验:昆明种小鼠,随机分为混煎液组、分煎液组、有效部位提取物组及生理盐水组,ig给药1.95 g·kg-1,连续7 d。含药血清体外抑菌试验:ig给药20.475 g·kg-1,连续7 d,采集分离大鼠血清。以二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型以及含药血清体外抑菌实验模型,评价其三者的抗炎、抑菌作用。结果:与混煎液和分煎液比较,有效成分提取物(1.95 g·kg-1)明显缓解了小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.01),其含药血清对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及伤寒沙门菌等10种菌具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01)。结论:葛根芩连汤有效成分提取物对化学刺激所致炎症的缓解作用及其含药血清的体外抑菌作用,优于混煎液和分煎液。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of Gegen Qinlian decoction prepared by different technology. Method: The swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice was employed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of Gegen Qinlian decoction prepared by different technology. Additionally, the model of bacteriostasis in vitro by the serum with drug was used to examine the antibacterial activities of those. Result: Compared with mixed decoction and separated decoction, extract of active ingredients (1.95 g.kg^-1) strongly inhibited swelling of ear in mice ( P 〈 0.01 ). The serum with extract of active ingredients significantly inhibited 10 kinds of strains such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhi, etc. (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Extract of active ingredients can exert significant inhibitory action against inflammation caused by chemical agents, and the serum with extract of active ingredients also has strong antibacterial activity.
