摘要
通过对FA型保温补贴设计的分析,对E—B/M曲线进行离散化处理,分别按等效原则和凝固模数梯度方法,采用人机对话方式编制了FA型保温补贴设计程序DP—Ⅰ,对双面保温和单面保温分别建立了子程序;作者还运用该程序对典型铸件进行设计举例,表明该程序运行快,操作方便,设计可靠,从而将保温补贴设计提高到一个新的水平。
After analysing the design on FA-model insulating paddingsand dispersing the E-B/M curve, the authers completed the design program DP-1 of FA-model insulating padding according to the person-computer dialoguemethod, the principle of equal solidifying modulus gradient and equal efficiencyrespectively. The subprogram design of both one-side and two-side insulationwas made.The program DP-1 also applied to design several typical castings inproduction. The results show that this program is characterised by high speed,convenient running and reliability.So as to raise a new level of desigin on insul-ating paddings.
