一次性负压引流瓶在跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价一次性负压引流瓶在跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定中应用的临床效果。方法:选择2010年5月-2011年5月跟骨骨折切开复位内固定病例44例,分为试验组23例和对照组21例,手术引流分别采用一次性负压引流瓶和普通橡皮条引流,进行对比。结果:44例患者均得到随访,试验组引流量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;而试验组皮肤软组织并发症发生明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一次性负压引流瓶在跟骨骨折切开复位钢板内固定中的应用,减少了皮下积液及皮瓣坏死率。
