摘要
本文从病因病机、辨证论治、病例介绍三个方面论述了高天舒教授从内伤发热角度论治甲亢的临床经验。甲亢病之初期,以气郁为主;病盛极期或病后迁延期,以阴虚为主,故将甲亢之低热症候分为气郁发热和阴虚发热两种证型;高天舒教授指出,恰当的中西医结合治疗,可以解决疾病症候群的根本病机所在,使临床某些疑难杂症迎刃而解,从而提高了患者的生活质量。
In this paper,I will introduce Professor GAO Tianshu＇s clinical experience for the treatment of hyperthyroidism from internal injuries fever＇s angle from etiology,syndrome differentiation,and case description three aspects.In the early stage of hyperthyroidism,it is because of Qi stagnation,and in the extreme and last stage of hyperthyroidism,it is because of Yin deficiency.So the syndrome can be divided into Qi stagnation fever and Yin deficiency fever two types.Professor GAO points out,the treatment of proper combing traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can solve the basic pathogenesis,making some clinical miscellaneous diseases easily solved.thus,improves the patient＇s quality of life.
