摘要
目的探讨咀嚼硬物与活髓牙牙根纵裂的发病关系。方法对25例活髓牙牙根纵裂患者和按1:2配比的50例正常对照者进行咀嚼硬物习惯的调查,并对调查结果行χ2检验。结果计算出χ2=12.66(P<0.01),比值比(OR)为7.00,其95%可信区间为2.40~20.41。结论咀嚼硬物是活髓牙牙根纵裂发病的危险因素之一。
Objective To study the relation between masticating hard food and vertical root fractures of vital teeth. Methods 25 cases of vertical root fractures of vital teeth and their controls(matched with the ratio of 1:2) were investigated,the investigation contents were their habits of masticating hard food,then the survey results were identified by χ2 test. Results The calculate results were χ2=12.66(P0.01),odds ratio(OR) is 7.00,and its 95% confidence interval is 2.40~20.41. Conclusion Masticating hard food is one of the pathogenic factors of vertical root fractures of vital teeth.
