摘要
以蚕豆微核实验为例,从项目内容、指导环节、合作式学习和数码显微互动系统等方面介绍了遗传学设计型实验的实施探索,并分析了其教学效果。
With the micro-nuclear test in Viciafaba root tips cell as an example, the design-oriented experimental teaching of genetics was im plemented and explored on the basis of the project content, instructive process, cooperative learning and digital microscope mutual system. The effect of the teaching was also analyzed.
