摘要
以南水北调受水区5个典型灌区为例,对农业节水与调水的最终水量贡献、最终经济贡献和同等经济贡献下节水与调水成本进行了对比分析,结果表明,在工程节水量、调水水量相同时,调水最终贡献是工程节水的1.982~3.202倍,从而论证了资源型缺水地区实施引水补源的必要性和可行性。
In this paper,the final contributions of agricultural water saving and water transfer were calculated and compared for five typical irrigation regions in the water-receiving area of the South-to-North Water Transfers Project. The final water quanti-ties for the water saving and water transfer were analyzed, and the final economic contributions and water saving costs between water transfer and water saving were compared. The results showed that the final contribution of water transfer is about 1. 982 to 3. 202 times of that of engineering water saving when the water quantities for the water saving and water transfer were the same, which further illustrated the necessity and feasibility of the recharge of water sources for water shortage area.
