庆大霉素引起内耳组织自由基增加的直接证据 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨庆大霉素体内注射与耳蜗组织自由基含量的关系 .方法 用电子顺磁共振法 (electron paramagneticresonance,EPR)直接检测正常的和注射庆大霉素后豚鼠耳蜗组织羟自由基含量 ,并比较其含量的变化 .结果 正常情况下豚鼠耳蜗组织存在一定量的羟自由基 ,其相对值为 0 .13±0 .0 1,当体内注射庆大霉素后 ,耳蜗组织羟自由基含量相对值为 0 .2 8± 0 .0 0 ,比前者增加 110 % ,两者比较有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) .结论  EPR检测动物耳蜗组织自由基含量是一种直接、有效的方法 。 AIM To investigate the relationship between gentamycin administration and the content of free radicals in cochlea. METHODS Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) was used to provide a direct measure of oxygen radical production hydroxyl radical in guinea pig's cochlea. RESULTS Normally some amount of free radicals existed in guinea pig's cochlea, it was 0.13±0.01. After animals wereinjected with gentamycin, the amount of free radicals increased significantly, it raised by 110%. CONCLUSION EPR is a efficient method to detect free radicals in guinea pig's cochlea qualitatively and quantitatively,injected with gentamycin can result in increment of hydroxyl radical in guinea pig's cochlea.
