摘要
以莆田学院为例,分析新办地方性本科院校存在校园功能区划模糊、校舍功能配置不均衡、综合利用率低,以及受制于学校办学财力的瓶颈等问题。提出抓住发展良好契机,准确定位,科学规划,迎难而上,搞好校园建设的思路与策略。
Taking as a case study the campus construction of Putian University, the present paper analyzes a series of problems that confront most newly-built local universities, including the ambiguous division of functional areas, the unbalanced distribution of school buildings, the insufficiency of comprehensive utilization of university resources and most importantly, the constraint of construction by the limitation of funds. Therefore, following the teaching-centered principle, the university should set a clear goal and make a scientific plan under such circumstances, thus developing a proper way of campus construction of its own.
