摘要
高中压转子塑性弯曲变形是汽轮机故障类型中比较常见的一种,严重危害着发电企业的安全生产。介绍了转子弯曲变形的判定方法,选择两种不同加重面对某300MW汽轮机转子进行了动平衡试验,比较评价了两种加重面下动平衡试验的效果,研究成果对今后汽轮机转子塑性弯曲的校正具有很好参考价值。
Rotor plastic bending deformation is a more common type of steam turbine fault, it brings harm for safety production of power generation companies. This article introduced the method to discriminate the rotor bending deformation. The dynamic balance test for the rotor of a 300MW steam turbine was done with different weight adding selection. The results of the test were analyzed.
