摘要
针对栅控行波管在雷达发射机内部高压、高频的工作环境中极易发生故障,介绍了发射机监控系统核心技术经历的继电器、单片机、嵌入式工控机和可编程逻辑器件(PLC)四个阶段。给出了现阶段栅控行波管雷达发射机中采用的工控机及PLC相结合的监控系统,并提出了采用工作电源监控的方法对栅控行波管关键参数进行间接采集和监控的方法。为设计一个可靠、稳定、有效的发射机监控系统提供参考。
Gate control TWT is faulted easily in high voltage and frequency environment of radar transmitter.The core technology of monitoring system for radar transmitter experienced four development stages which include relay,single-chip computer,embedded industrial computer and programmable logic controller(PLC).Embedded industrial computer and PLC monitoring system is commonly used now.The method of indirect acquisition and monitoring using power monitoring for key parameters of gate control TWT is proposed in this paper,it provides reference for designing a reliable,stable and efficient monitoring system of radar transmitter.
