摘要
以深圳市简单式屋顶绿化综合效益的可量化数据为基础，采用生态效益经济评价中常用的市场价值法和影子工程法，构建屋顶绿化综合效益的经济价值评价方法；以深圳市福田区为工作区，进行屋顶绿化综合生态效益评价，并运用经济学方法预测建设屋顶绿化的投资回收期，为政府制定合理的生态补偿制度和补偿额提供参考依据。结果表明：（1）屋顶绿化具有生态效益、经济效益、社会效益等多种综合效益，其中可量化为经济价值的效益主要有固碳释氧效益、净化空气效益、涵养水源效益、降温节能效益等四项生态效益；（2）深圳市福田区屋顶绿化单位面积每年综合生态效益的经济价值为21．13万元／hm2，目前已建成屋顶绿化每年创造的经济价值为713．76万元，如果将适建资源全部进行屋顶绿化，则每年产生的经济价值约1-2亿元；（3）深圳市屋顶绿化的建设和养护成本远远低于地面绿化．在6～7年即可收回成本获得收益。
In the present study, we based on the simple roof greening comprehensive benefits which can be quantified, using the market value method and shadow project method, we constructed the method of roof greening ecological benefits evaluation. We researched the Futian district of Shenzhen, evaluated the roof greening economic value of ecological benefits, and then used the econometric methods to forecast the payback period of the roof greening construction. The aim was to provide a reference for the government to develop a reasonable ecological compensation system and the compensation. Results show that： （1） The green roof has a variety of comprehensive benefits, such as ecological, economic, social and so on. Among them there are four ecological benefits which can be quantified to the economic value, including carbon fixation and oxygen release, air purification, water conservation and cooling and energy saving. （2） The roof greening economic value of ecological benefits per unit area is 211.3 thousand yuan/hm2？a in Futian district, the current roof greening area can achieve 7137.6 thousand yuan/a, and the potential roof greening area can achieve about 120 million yuan/a. （3） The construction costs of roof greening and maintenance are far lower than the ground greening, and roof greening will recover the costs in 6-7 years.
