摘要 表没食子儿茶素表没食子酸酯(EGCG)具有很好的抗癌活性,但其抗癌的分子机理较复杂,可通过多条途径抑制癌细胞生长或诱导癌细胞凋亡,其中较为关键的分子机理与EGCG的抗血管形成、阻滞癌细胞生长周期、抑制部分转录因子的表达以及调节细胞相关信号转导机制等有着密切的联系。综述了近年来国内外EDCG抗癌的分子机制研究进展。 EGCG shows good anticancer activity, and its effect and mechanism have also been a hot research topic in recent years. EGCG's anticaneer molecular mechanisms are complex. And various ways are confirmed to be available to achieve the aim of suppressing cancer cell including antiangiogenic activity, cell cycle blocking, transcription factors inhibition and signal transduction regulation.The paper reviewed the progress on anticancer molecular mechanism of EGCG.
