摘要
为将风机叶片运进山地风场,必须进行进场道路改造,改造前需对道路进行运输叶片的通过性勘查,以确定需要改造路面的地点和改造的工作量,改造后需要检测改造的道路,以便叶片能顺利的运抵风场,这样就需要一种模拟风机叶片装置,它既可以在道路改造前进行运输叶片的通过性勘查又可以在道路改造后进行通过性检测.设计了一种模拟风机叶片装置,可分段伸缩,适合用于道路勘查和道路的通过性检测,装置采用六边形截面,可抗一定程度冲击,采用绳排伸缩机构,经济可靠实用.
The road must be reconstrusted when transporting the blades in wind power generator to the mountain wind farm. Before reconstruction, the blade's passing capability should be surveyed to identify the location and workload. After reconstruction, the road was checked to ensure that the blade could be transported to the mountain wind farm successfully. Consequently, it needs a blade~ simulative device which could be used to survey the road before its reconstruction and check the road, and after its reconstruction. One blade's simulative device with subsection extensible structure in wind power generator was designed, which is suitable for surveying the road before its reconstruction and checking the road after its reconstruction. The device was designed by hexagonal cross section which could bear a certain impact and was extended by rope row which was economical, reliable and practical.
