摘要
综述了在食品生产许可证制度下,审查员的自身素质及培训对保障食品安全的意义,当前审查员队伍情况及审查员培训中所存在的问题,探讨了运用现代远程教育方式对审查员进行培训的方法和构想,为更好地提高审查员的自身素质和专业技能提供新的解决方案。
This study reviews the importance of personal quality and training of censors for ensuring food safety under the present food production permit system, and further explores, in regard to the situation of censor team and problems of censor training, the methods and concepts of examiner training by using modern distance education. Thus a new solution is provided for improving personal quality and professional skills of censors.
