摘要
X型阳离子染料拼咖啡色时常会造成腈纶匀染性差的问题。从前处理、缓染剂、pH值和升温速率等方面探讨对腈纶针织物阳离子染料染色匀染性的影响。试验结果表明,加强织物前处理能提高腈纶的匀染性和得色量;新型阳离子缓染剂RT的匀染性要优于传统的元明粉缓染剂;在腈纶敏感温度区75~95℃内,升温速率为0.5℃/min,pH值为4.5,采用阳离子缓染剂RT能使腈纶获得良好的匀染效果。
The levelness problem often occurs during dyeing acrylic knitted fabric with X type cationic dyes in coffee. To solve this problem, influences of pretreatment, dyeing retardant, pH value, heating rate on level-dyeing of acrylic knitted fabric are investigated. The results show that the pretreatment can improve the level dyeing and color depth, dyeing retardant RT is bet- ter than Glauber's salt. The better level dyeing results are obtained at pH 4.5 and heating rate of 0.5℃/min during tempera- ture of 75 -95 ℃.
