摘要
以TRUM-60行波型超声电机为研究对象,挖掘和利用超声电机的一些优异伺服作动特性,从驱动控制器的电气特性入手,对超声电机驱动及控制技术进行了更加深入的应用工程研究。在超声电机再次加电启动、开环条件下旋转角秒级和直线纳米级的分辨率、快速往复动态特性、双PWM功率驱动拓扑结构等驱动及控制算法与策略等方面,获得了一些新的研究进展。
Taking TRUM-60 traveling wave rotary ultrasonic motors as a research object,a further application research in view of the characteristics of drive controller is made on drive and control techniques of ultrasonic motors,and some excellent dynamic characteristics of ultrasonic motors are made use of,.Some new progresses are obtained on control algorithm and control strategy,such as motors′ restart with power on,arc-second scale resolution and nanoscale resolution while moving with open loop conditions,dynamic characteristic of rapid reciprocating and double PWM power drive topological structure.
