摘要
以某城镇二级污水处理厂污泥底泥为研究对象,通过对比试验综合分析目前国内外去除重金属的淋洗剂的效果,确定了一种新型的复合淋洗剂以及该淋洗剂的制备方法与其相应的性能。该复合淋洗剂的主要成分由A剂、B剂及助剂C组成,其中A剂是HCl溶液或其钠盐,B剂是柠檬酸溶液或其三钠盐,助剂C为实验室现场配置,A剂与B剂最佳物质的量比为1∶1~1∶2,助剂C的用量视处理量而定,一般为0.01 mol/L。振荡时间为12~24 h,温度为25~30℃,反应体系pH为5.5~7.0。研究表明,该复合淋洗剂对污泥底泥中Pb,Cu,Zn,Cd的去除率分别可达73.25%、63.44%、51.23%、92.63%。
Take the sludge from a secondary sewage treatment works of a town as the subject, by contrast tests, through comprehensive analysis of the effects of the drench lotions at home and abroad for re- moving heavy metal, a new typ of composite drench lotion as well as its preparation and it,; corresponding performance are identified. The basic components of the drench lotion can be named as A,B and the auxiliary C. A is HC1 solution or sodium chloride solution, B is citric acid solution or sodium citrate, while auxiliary C is configuration in the lab. The best molar ratio between A and B is 1 : 1 - 1 : 2, the dosage of C is determined by treatment capacity. We often take it as 0.01 mol/1. In the research, we take the oscillation time as 12 - 24 h, the temperature between 25℃ - 30℃, the pH between 5.5 - 7.0. This kind of drench lotion can dislodge the heavy metal in the sludge so largely that it can achieve the relevant standard of our country. The research indicates that using the composite drench lotion, the removal rates of Pb, Cu,Zn, Cr can be reached to 73.25 %, 63.44%, 91.23% and 45.63% respectively. Compared with other crafts, it's more efficient, relatively lower expenses, meanwhile, it has more widely application prospect.
