摘要
在图像研究的基础上,以数学形态学算法为关键步骤,研究开发金相图像分析系统,从噪声较为复杂的金相图像中有效地分割出目标图像,较好地处理晶粒粘连以及重叠问题,从而得到较高准确度的晶粒度。实践结果表明,本系统具有一定的准确度,界面友好,易于操作。
Based on image research,the metallography analysis system is investigated with the mathematical morphology.The goalpicture is effectively divided from noise more complex granule picture,the adhesion and superposition of granule are solved,the higher accuracy information for the granularity is obtained.The practical engineering application indicates that the system has a certain accuracy,friendly interface,easy to operate.
