摘要
通过分析古代的诊法专著与临床著作,提出中医诊法研究在四诊合参的特征之外,还具有探寻诊法之特异度的特点,《伤寒论》所说的"但见一症便是",即是对这一研究特点的表述。诊法的二元结构展示了诊法研究的两个目的:利用人体,特别是利用医生的感觉器官来解读人体的感知研究;提高临床诊断之准确性的研究,其中特别关注对诊断特异性的探讨。认识到中医诊法研究的二元结构,将有益于提高诊法教学研究与诊法临床研究的针对性与有效性。
By analyzing ancient diagnostic method monographs and clinical works, traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） diagnostics had characteristics of correlation of four examinations and the specialty of seeking diagnostic methods specificity was put forward. The Treatise on Febrile Diseases recorded that ＂Diagnose by observing any one of the symptoms＂ was the description of this research feature. Diagnostic methods dual structure revealed that two objectives of the diagnostic study. The first one is the investigation in using human body, especially using practitioners＇ sense organs to demonstrate the human body sensation. The second one is the research in raising the accuracy of diagnostics, especially by paying attention to diagnostic specificity. The understanding of dual structure in TCM diagnostic methods may improve the diagnostic methods strategy and effectiveness in diagnostics education and in clinical studies.
